Our Process

Discovery
During our initial conversation, we’ll determine if we’re the right fit for your project by exploring your vision. We’ll discuss key details such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, your preference for a ranch or two-story design, your budget, and other questions you may have.

Based on this discussion, we’ll schedule our first in-person
meeting to gain a deeper understanding of your home building needs.
Detail
Our first meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know each other better and for you to ask any questions you may have. We’ll review various house plans, delve into your vision, and present our Design Agreement, which outlines the next steps in the process.

Once you sign the agreement and provide a ten thousand dollar design deposit, we will proceed to the next step of design.

Design
Typically lasting one to three months, the Design Phase is crucial in shaping your dream home. During this time, we will work together to establish construction financing, select the location of your home, choose and design your house plan, and pick out finishes and selections.

We will also determine the sale price and review the Purchase Agreement. Once all designs and terms are finalized, we will sign the Purchase Agreement and collect the agreed upon construction deposit.
Construction
Generally, construction spans six to ten months, depending on the size and complexity of your home. Throughout construction, we will schedule on-site meetings and walkthroughs with you and our tradespeople to ensure a custom fit for your family.

You will receive regular updates and feedback during the entire project, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Move-In
Upon completion, your new home will undergo a thorough deep cleaning, both inside and out. We will invite you for a final walkthrough to identify any touch-ups before closing. Once the closing process is complete, your home is officially yours!

You will also gain access to your homeowner portal on our website’s Warranty page, an invaluable resource to care for your home and submit claims and caring for and maintaining your new home.
Any warranty claims can be submitted through this portal, so be sure to take advantage of your ten year limited warranty!
