We also offer Walk Your Plans, a visualization service that lets you experience your layout before a single shovel hits the ground.
3. Purchase Agreement — Locking In Your Build. With everything locked in, you’ll sign a Purchase Agreement and submit a deposit (20% recommended). Those funds cover permitting, surveys, and early startup costs. From there, count on a 4–6 week lead time while permits are processed.
4. Construction — Building Your Home (6–10 Months). I manage every detail on-site personally, keeping you in the loop with regular updates and walkthroughs throughout the build. Most homes take 6–10 months depending on size and complexity.
5. Move-In — Keys & 10-Year Warranty. After a thorough final walkthrough, we hand you the keys. Your home is backed by a 10-year limited warranty, and you’ll have access to an online homeowner portal to submit any warranty requests down the road.
